BTS Drops Second Teaser For ‘Boy With Luv’; SNL & Emma Stone All Set For The Group + Bangtan Boys Upcoming Sked
BTS has dropped the second teaser for their upcoming new album and its lead track "Boy With Luv." Soon after, Saturday Night Live released a skit teaser of host Emma Stone fangirling for the K-pop superstars.
One more day to go before BTS breaks more records. The Korean male group is set to release their new album Map of the Soul: Persona on April 12 and their fans can longer wait to say "Thank God it's Friday."
The first teaser was released earlier this week and it revealed that BTS is teaming up with American singer Halsey for "Boy With Luv." It also gives a glimpse of what the theme of the album will be.
Then Big Hit Entertainment released the second teaser which gives more clues on what to expect in the new album. But what made many fans hit the reply button on the teaser is the mesmerizing visuals of the members and their new choreography. The boys could be hinting at the 50's, retro, or Broadway theme for "Boy With Luv" because of the vibe of the set and dance choreography.
BTS's Map of the Soul: Persona and the full music video for "Boy With Luv" will be out on April 12 at 6 p.m. KST. Jin, Suga, J-Hope, RM, Jimin, V, and Jungkook will be making their comeback stage performance on Saturday Night Live. BTS's SNL episode will air on April 13.
Meanwhile, NBC has also released a preview for this weekend's Saturday Night Live broadcast featuring Emma Stone and BTS. The clip shows Stone wearing a pink BTS T-shirt in a sleepover with the female cast members. At first, Stone and the girls are seen decorating the room with some BTS posters.
"We're camping out on this stage until BTS gets here," the La La Land actress excitedly said.
When fellow cast, Beck, told Emma that she might not have time for a sleepover since she is hosting the show. "Whatever, Beck. You host," she replied to Beck.
The group's schedule is packed starting on April 12 and the days to come. Aside from the SNL, the group will also drop by iHeartRadio for an in-studio interview with Elvis Duran and the Morning Show on April 12 at 8 a.m. ET.
BTS is also slated to have a global press conference for Map of the Soul: Persona on April 17 at 11 a.m. KST. The event will be live stream the event for their fans all over the world on the band's official YouTube channel BANGTANTV.
