BTS’s V Hilariously Begs For ARMY’s Attention But Ended Up Scolded
BTS knows how deep the love of the ARMY for them but once in a while their fans also show them a different kind of appreciation and that is protecting the fandom even from the Bangtan Boys themselves. This happened recently to BTS member V.
In the early morning of January 16, V decided to log in on an ARMY chatroom to spend some time with their fans. But his adventure did not go as he had anticipated.
As soon as V joined the chat, he was penalized for communicating through text. Then he was told that he had to change his username to his real name. Apparently, V used the name "Uh-uh-ang" when he joined the chat.
So he changed his chatroom's name to Kim Taehyung. Unfortunately, nobody in the room believes that he is the real "Kim Taehyung."
Another rule in the chatroom that V violated is the use of a profile picture. All users are required to join using their real photo. V used a tiger emoticon as profile picture.
BTS V apologized and said he is doing his best to follow the chatroom's rules. To avoid being kicked out of the chatroom and to prove that he is indeed "The Kim Taehyung," he shared a voice message at the chatroom. In the video message, he said, "I am not an impostor."
Still, no one believes him. To further prove that he is not an impostor, he tells those in the chatroom that he will upload proof of his identity on BTS's official Twitter account. Then, he posted his cute video on Twitter at the same time he is chatting with the ARMY.
But as soon as the ARMY saw his post on Twitter and realized that the person they are talking to is the real Kim Taehyung, V said his goodbye. The good news is he promised to return once he carefully studied the do's and don't on the ARMY chatroom so he will not break any rule in the future.
BTS's ARMYs are expressed of V's humility and sweetness. Many wish that they had been in the same chatroom with him.
"When ARMYs are so protective of the members that the members have to prove they are really them and not impostors," one fan wrote.
Taehyung may have left the chatroom early but he had proven a lot of things. He now has the first-hand experience on how vigilant the ARMYs are in guarding their ranks. He may have realized that no fake ARMY can pass the strict rules of their fandom. And V could have also proven that he can be an ordinary person like anyone else, chatting and having a great time with friends.
