'This Is Us' Actor Chris Sullivan Wants Jennifer Garner In The NBC Drama

This Is Us actor Chris Sullivan has clearly enjoyed the time he spent with Jennifer Garner in their new TV series. Now, he wants the A-list Hollywood actress to appear in the NBC drama.

Both Garner and Sullivan star in new HBO comedy series, titled Camping. It seems like Camping is a one-and-done series, thus the two may not work again for another season. So Sullivan called out on Garnier to have a guest appearance in This Is Us instead.

In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Sullivan gushed over Garnier. The actor talked about how incredible actress the Alias star is.

"It's insane. She works 14 hours a day and then goes home and bake with her kids for three to four hours and bring enough for everybody," Sullivan said about Garner.

Camping is based on the British series of the same name. It is about obsessively organized and controlling wife, Kathryn (Jennifer Garner), who puts together what she thinks will be the best camping trip to celebrate her husband Walt's (David Tennant) 45th birthday.

Apart from Garner, Tennant, and Sullivan, the series also stars Juliette Lewis, Ione Skye, Brett Gelman, Janicza Bravo, and Arturo Del Puerto. The American version of the series was executive produced by Lena Dunham and Jenni Konner.

When asked if there is any chance Sullivan could ask the Dallas Buyers Club actress to appear in an episode of This Is Us, Sullivan positively said Garner would definitely love it. He added that Ben Affleck's ex-wife could play as herself. In response, Garner thanked Sullivan for his kind words. The actor plays the role of Toby in the NBC drama.

This Is Us has featured a couple of big names in the show, aside from its own stars. Ron Howard, Mario Lopez, Seth Meyers, and Katie Couric were seen in Season 1. Fans have also seen Sylvester Stallone in the second season of the tear-jerking drama.

Meanwhile, the upcoming This Is Us Season 3 Episode 9 promises to answer all of Kevin's questions about his father's past in Vietnam. The teaser for Episode 9 suggests that Kevin finally found someone in the country that tell him about the time of Jack (Milo Ventimiglia) and his brother, Nicky (Michael Angarano), in Vietnam.

The sneak peek also revealed a tension between Jack and Nicky. The latter is seen punching Jack in the face.

This Is Us Season 3 Episode 9, titled, "The Beginning Is the End Is the Beginning," will air on November 27 at 9 p.m. ET on NBC. It will be the show's fall finale. This Is Us is expected to return in January 2019.
