Avid music fans hoping to learn more about K-pop now have a chance to discover BTS, BLACKPINK, and EXO's performance secrets. Recently, a special K-pop Academy was unveiled with the said program's maiden four-week course deployed in Belgium.

Lucky Belgian fans and music enthusiasts recently started their journey to becoming talented singers and dancers who might soon rival famous K-pop groups such as EXO, BLACKPINK, and BTS. The four-week K-pop Academy was established given the many requests submitted by avid South Korean music lovers to the Korean Culture Center located in Belgium, according to Yonhap News.

Comprised of a series of vocal lessons and dance classes, the special K-pop Academy features some of South Korea's talented choreographers and vocal trainers. Given the huge number of K-pop fans in Belgium, the Korean Culture Center only selected 120 music lovers to participate in the extensive four-week course that began on July 2.

Students of the first-ever Belgian K-pop Academy are expected to showcase their singing and dancing prowess in a series of live performances. Antwerp and Liege residents will soon witness the said trainees' flashmob performances scheduled on July 20. The said group will also perform at the Bozar Arts Center in Brussels on July 28.

Apart from Belgium, the Korean Culture Center is also planning to launch similar K-pop Academy programs in 25 countries in the coming months. However, the said center did not unveil the list of countries where the special four-week music course will be deployed.

Meanwhile, avid BTS fans can see more of the seven-member group in an upcoming K-pop festival and awards show. Titled the Soribada Best K-Music Awards, BTS recently joined the list of South Korean groups that will appear on the said music program. Apart from the "Fake Love" crooners, Wanna One will also join the event, as well as TWICE, MAMAMOO, AOA, NU'EST, Momoland, NCT 127, MONSTA X, Bolbbalgan4, and Red Velvet.

The Soribada Best K-Music Awards will be held on August 30 at Seoul's Olympic Park Gymnastics Stadium. K-pop fans can also look forward to seeing a variety of performances from various pop, trot, and rap groups.
