Marvel's "The Punisher: The Judas Goat" centers on an exciting villain reveal towards the end.

Marvel's new series on Netflix centers on Frank Castle a.k.a. the "Punisher" and his quest for retribution for the murder of his wife and children. Aside from that, it also gives us a comprehensive look at the making of a typical comic-book villain.

Just like several other Marvel/Netflix series, the plot for "The Punisher" seems to be moving too quickly, sidelining the central character, our hero. As expected, this hampers the season's momentum. Entertainment's Chancellor Agard deems The Punisher's sixth episode, "The Judas Goat" as one such episode.

However, there's a crucial twist towards the end, which makes it an important episode in the nick of time. Agard believes there could have been a more dramatic way to lead to the reveal.

Frank is in critical condition following previous episode's Kentucky trip, but David's amateur-level medical skills are not helping at all. David is left with no choice but to ask Curtis to help.

Curtis accompanies Frank to the bunker and lends a hand patching up the numerous injuries he suffered when he was out in the woods. It looked like Frank would be confined to bed for this entire episode due to the multiple wounds, but that's where Dinah and Billy were found in this episode, instead.

Whatever was between Dinah and Billy goes off the rails even before it picked up speed when Billy finds out Dinah's big file on Frank. Obviously, Billy thinks Dinah was just using him. Dinah doesn't even deny accusations of using him and acts rather coldly in response.

Dinah forgets all about this as soon as she gets back to work. Sam breaks the news of Gunner's death to her, revealing he was found lifeless on a mountain in Kentucky. Both, Dinah and Sam head straight into the woods to investigate the location of the shoot-out, where Dinah figures out a couple of things.

First off, Gunner was not alone. He was accompanied by another person who was wounded as well. Also, Gunner and the person with him were attacked by a covert hit squad. They even find Frank's blood there.

As Frank regains his health in David's home, he looks at David helplessly observing the feed from his family's home as they continue to be in pain. As David watches the feed, his son punches his sister after she tells Sarah about the robbed skateboard.

Surprisingly, Franks tells Micro that he can still see his wife everytime he closes his eyes. They even talk about how they spent Thanksgiving with their families.

Regrettably, this serenity is interrupted by the fact that Billy is now calling Frank by his code name over the radio. This is very odd because he doesn't even know that Frank is still alive.

A report by IGN claims Billy Russo's reveal shows exactly how a villain can be efficiently developed. Ben Barnes acting skills play a vital role in achieving this as well. He is depressed after finding out more about the possibility of Frank being alive.
