Director Christopher Nolan and actor Mark Rylance who will be working with Harry Styles in the film "Dunkirk" admitted that they didn't quite know how famous the pop singer really is. Thankfully, young people in their lives know, and it is quite funny.

Former One Direction member Harry Styles landed a role on the movie "Dunkirk", an upcoming World War II-themed film. He will play as a British soldier and will be working with Director Christopher and actor Mark Rylance, as reported by Billboard. The British singer might want to reintroduce himself to these gentlemen as they admitted that they didn't know how famous he is.

"I don't think I was that aware really of how famous Harry was" Nolan stated in an interview. He also admitted that his daughter had talked a lot about the British singer. It seems like Styles has caught the attention of the director because he is the perfect fit for the job for the "Dunkirk" role.

Actor Mark Rylance, who will also be working with Styles in "Dunkirk" admitted that he learned of Styles from his 11-year-old niece. Apparently, Rylance's niece was "more excited than anything I've ever done because I was going to be acting with Harry Styles." The actor later exclaimed that he "won the Harry!", as reported by The Bismarck Tribune

This experience was described by Styles as "overwhelming". The singer was used to gigantic concert sets, but the giant film set is an amazing new experience for him.

"I'd say realizing the scale of the production was very overwhelming. I think whatever you imagine the kind of a giant film set to be like, this was very ambitious even by those standards. You know the boats and the planes and the volume of bodies ... it was pretty amazing." the British singer elaborated.
