'Red Dead Redemption 2' News & Update: Delayed Again; In-Game Screenshots Revealed To Calm Down Fans
It came to no surprise to the "RDR" fandom that Rockstar Games' highly anticipated "Red Dead Redemption 2" will be bumped to 2018. However, the developer shelled out new screenshots of the western shooter sequel.
Rockstar's website broke the sad news stating that they apologize for the game getting bogged down yet again. The game maker further explained that they are standing by with their principle that they will be releasing "Red Dead Redemption 2" when they feel that the game is 100 percent ready. Furthermore, the developer stated that they needed more time in order for them to deliver the best game experience to its player base.
To compensate for such frustration, Rockstar dished out several screenshots from the upcoming game giving faithfuls what to expect from "Red Dead Redemption 2." A total of seven images were posted on the website as they suggest that the latest installment will be boasting stunning graphics and backdrop.
That being said, fans are keeping their fingers crossed that Rockstar will be revealing "Red Dead Redemption 2's" current state during this year's Electronics Entertainment Expo that will kickoff a few weeks from now. If such would take place, this could be the perfect avenue to spill some information about the game as the organizers will be opening E3's gates to the gaming public.
Korea Portal has reported beforehand that Amazon began accepting pre-orders for "Red Dead Redemption 2." However, the allotted supply given on the retail site was long gone and it is still uncertain as of late as to when stocks would replenish.
There is no specific date in 2018 as to when will "Red Dead Redemption 2" would be released. Nonetheless, it was mentioned that "RDR2" will be hitting the shelves sometime in spring next year. Check out a video about the game sequel here:
