Psy’s New Album Features Collaborations With Big Bang’s G-Dragon, Taeyang, Tablo, ‘Weightlifting Fairy’ Actress Lee Sung Kyung And More

The South Korean artist Psy is set to delight avid K-pop fans with his new studio album. Recently, the track list for the said album revealed the singer's collaboration with several artists such as Big Bang's G-Dragon, Taeyang, Tablo and "Weightlifting Fairy" star Lee Sung Kyung.

Psy is slated to unveil his eighth studio album in the coming days that boasts of a 10-track list. Titled "4X2=8," the said album also features the singer's partnership with several YG Entertainment artists. Big Bang leader G-Dragon, as well as Taeyang, are just two of the YG musicians who collaborated with the "Gentleman" singer, according to Korea Herald.

Similar to how Tablo helped in the composition of the global hit "Gangnam Style," the Epik High band member also worked with Psy on the singer's eighth album specifically on the song "Auto Reverse." The said track features lyrics from the two musicians, as well as iKON's B.I.

Psy's upcoming album also includes the track titled "Bomb" that will feature iKON's B.I. and Bobby. Moreover, the "Weightlifting Fairy" actress Lee Sung Kyung also lent her vocals to the track "Last Scene." Apart from the said YG Entertainment stars, famous music producer and singer Park Jin Young, as well as producer Yu Gun Hyung also assisted the "Gangnam Style" singer in composing some of the tracks for "4X2=8."

The singer's upcoming eighth album will also be different from usual album releases since it will include two title tracks. "New Face" and "I Luv It' will serve as the banner songs for Psy's new album, as indicated in the same report.

In other news, Psy will soon participate in various promotional activities to launch his new album. The singer is set to appear on the JTBC show "Ask Us Anything," as well as the SBS show "Fantastic Duo" with "Palette" crooner IU, Soompi reported.

Psy's new album "4X2=8" will be released on May 10, Wednesday. Meanwhile, the musician's guest appearances in "Ask Us Anything" and "Fantastic Duo" will be aired on May 13 and in June, respectively.
