It seems that dragons and direwolves will serve as the game changers in Game of Thrones Season 7. Fan theories hint that a familiar character will return from Season 1 that will turn the tide in favor of the Starks of Winterfell.

According to a report by fan site Watchers of the Wall, Nymeria will be returning for Game of Thrones Season 7 to reunite with her mistress Arya Stark who is also on her way to return to Winterfell after exacting her revenge on Lord Walder Frey and his clan. The fan theory came from a post by Instinct Animals, that showed two images of wolves on their Instagram with the hashtag #WinterIsComing.

The company is a known provider of animals for television and movies and it is believed that they are also providing their services for "Game of Thrones" Season 7. It can be recalled that Arya set Nymeria free in Season 1 before she can be put to death for biting Joffrey. As of Season 6, all of the Stark direwolves have perished including Sansa's Lady, Greywind, Shaggydog and Summer. Jon Snow's Ghost is the only surviving direwolf and if Nymeria returns, it would fit perfectly with the spoiler.

In the books, Nymeria has grown powerful during her stay in the woods and has become the leader of a pack of wolves that may work in the favor of the Starks' battle against the White Walkers should they breach the wall in Game of Thrones Season 7. As much as the direwolves and their pack is expected to work in the favor of the Starks, the same can be said for Daenerys and her dragons who will grow to the size of 747s when Game of Thrones Season 7 returns. This means that the dragons will be roughly 230 feet long with a 210 feet wing span which would make them a threat to any army, Entertainment Weekly reported.

According to director Matt Shankman, Dorogon will still be the lead dragon and he will be meaner than ever to those who oppose his mother. His flame covers a 30 feet diameter. Game of Thrones Season 7 returns to HBO on July 16, 2017. The final season, based on George RR Martin's "A Dream of Spring" is slated for release in 2018.
