'The Blacklist' Season 4 Episode 16 returns on April 20 with a special two-hour episode.

In the upcoming "The Blacklist" Season 4 Episode 16, Dembe Zuma (Hisham Tawfiq), will not just be a name because it will be the episode's actual title when it returns on April 20. The episode is expected to showcase Red's discovery of Dembe's whereabouts.

In the latest episode, Dembe turned out to be a traitor after he betrayed Reddington (James Spader) by giving him scotch with poison and ditching him in a green station wagon after the latter met with his 11 accountants. Red is determined to find Dembe to confront him on what he has done the night before he disappeared. He is also too affected that someone whom he trusts so much is the one destroying his organization piece by piece from the inside.

In the official synopsis released by NBC, Red's key to finding Dembe is somewhat related to the disappearance of Aram. "After weeks of hunting for Dembe, Red and the Task Force finally get a lead on his whereabouts when Aram (Amir Arison) goes missing. Meanwhile, Dembe takes a calculated risk as Red closes in."

While some viewers may doubt the authenticity that Red's betrayer is his bodyman Dember, "The Blacklist" showrunner Jon Bokenkamp confirmed in his interview that what the last episode seem to imply is actually the truth, Entertainment Weekly reported. This means that Dembe is really the one who tried to kill red.

The executive producer added that the incident with Dembe will greatly affect Red, and that the protagonist will consider what Mr. Kaplan has told him in the past. He will try to reassess what he is doing, and figure out what more can his business take in.
