EXO band member Chanyeol has been one of the K-pop group's talented composers and has even collaborated with fellow bandmates to create several pieces. It appears that the South Korean musician might have plans to embark on a composer career path but under a different name.

Inquisitive EXO fans uncovered what appears to be Chanyeol's unique byline as a music composer. In searching for the said Kpop idol's accomplishments as listed on the Korea Music Copyright Association's official website, fans learned that the singer has two names registered under the said organization, All Kpop reported.

Recorded under the same ID code, the EXO member's first name Chanyeol was listed, as well as the name LOEY. Fan speculations indicated that the Kpop idol might have come up with the name LOEY, which is a unique representation of the last four letters of his name but spelled backward, as some sort of a composer alias.

Apart from the alleged composer byline, fans also learned that Chanyeol already used his LOEY alias to credit his composition work for specific songs. The name LOEY was attached as one of the composers for the 2016 station logo song for SBS Power FM. Released in November 2016, the song was also sung by the said Kpop idol and his fellow EXO members Suho and Baekhyun.

Meanwhile, Chanyeol recently showcased his music inclinations and creativity when he uploaded his first YouTube video. Posted on Feb. 8, Wednesday, the EXO member shared a quick clip of his winter vacation in Japan, Soompi reported.

Titled "Snowboarding in RUSUTSU," the video showed Chanyeol having fun with his friends as they enjoyed their Japan ski resort break. The Kpop idol even created a mash-up of his various snow-laded adventures mixed with a few scenes of the said EXO member dancing, which matched the funky beat that served as the clip's background music.
