'Rainbow Six: Siege' New Free Loot System Revealed; New Player Hub Will Be Released This Week
The "Rainbow Six: Siege" has come to its second year and Ubisoft Montreal is glad to present a new update for the game. Aside from new operators, several improvements and new features have been added to the game, including the all-new free loot for everyone.
The GameSpot confirmed that the Ubisoft Montreal is about to release a new update that will provide extensive rewards for all players. The free loot system will be launched to give all the players an access to almost all of the items that the game offers, the "Rainbow Six: Siege" game director Xavier Marquis stated.
A video was released earlier, showing some of the elements of the new loot system in-game. The loot system was compared to the Hearthstone and several games alike that use the similar looting system. Skins, Cosmetics, weapons and even some in-game cash can be acquired with the new loot system.
The new "Rainbow Six: Siege" loot system is also similar to the loot boxes found in the Overwatch game. These loot boxes can be purchased as well using a real-world money via the game website.
Along with the new features included, is the new look of the menu. The "Rainbow Six: Siege" Menu will be revamped to make it more simple, but provides all the details that a player would want to see on their screen.
Using the new Player Hub, most of the information needed will be right on the screen, including the last game mode played. Players will now be allowed to check their equipment while the matchmaking still waits to complete the room. This feature will be launched alongside with the Velvet Shell update within this week, the PC GamesN confirmed.
Ubisoft Montreal continues to make the "Rainbow Six: Siege" a better game for everyone. The seasonal patches make the game regularly updated, providing its fans a new excitement and thrills in a regular basis.
"Rainbow Six: Siege" Year 2 is slated to release numerous new content to the game as the developers announced. Most of the features mentioned above are expected to hit the battlefield in the "Rainbow Six: Siege" Year 2 within the next couple of months.
