Hyun Bin Reveals What He Wants To Do In His Life Now

Hallyu star Hyun Bin revealed there are some things he wants to do in his life now while still taking into consideration his responsibilities as an actor.

The actor reflected on what living as an actor means and how he can balance living the life he wants while serving as a role model for the youth.

The 34-year-old "Secret Garden" star sat down on an interview for his new film "Cooperation," also known as "Confidential Assignment," where he discussed what being an actor meant to him.

"I think it is important for an actor to manage their public image," Soompi quoted Hyun Bin as saying.

He then added that actors are looked upon by the younger people so it's important to maintain their responsibilities and live their lives accordingly under the public eye.

"There are times when I just want to live however I want," he added.

Eventually he realized that he's lived his life not according to how he wanted to but based on the pattern that's been set out for actors.

"When I feel that way, I do feel a bit sad," he shared.

He said he longs to do just ordinary things because these are what he misses the most as an actor.

"I want to do just minor, trivial stuff. I'm not sure if an actor is a good profession, but since it is a specific profession, there are many little daily things that we don't get to do," said Hyun Bin.

He clarified, however, that he doesn't currently think about going on a public date with his girlfriend and actress Kang So Ra.

The new couple confirmed their relationship to the public just before Hyun Bin started promoting the new film.

He also explained in a previous interview that Kang So Ra won't be able to attend his movie premier because of her schedule and because he doesn't want their personal affair to keep the focus out of the movie.

"Right now, I want to do comfortable things. Little minor things. Things that I can do without worrying about the eyes of others," he said.
