Roy Kim to Release Chinese Track, Solo Concert in Taiwan

K-pop singer, Roy Kim, 22, is releasing a Chinese track, his agency said on Friday. The star will also be holding a solo concert in Taiwan next month. 

Kim will be covering a version of the Taiwanese hit, "Cloudy Day" by Stefanie Sun. The Korea Times reports that this will be the first time a Korean singer covers a Taiwanese hit in the Chinese language. 

Kim rose to fan on the Korean equivalent to "American Idol," called "Superstar K" in 2012. He is scheduled to hold eight concerts in Korea from July 16 to August 13.
