Christina Aguilera Pokes Fun At Blake Shelton’s Relationship With Gwen Stefani On ‘The Voice?’

While Blake Shelton couldn't help but gush about girlfriend Gwen Stefani coming back as one of the mentors for the season of "The Voice," Christina Aguilera couldn't help but poke fun at the country singer.

During the presser to promote the singing competition, Blake Shelton told reporters, "My mentor...I always looked for somebody that I respect," he said.

"That, you know, I know that when they give their opinion, I will have no doubt....I'll agree with their take, but it'll be a different angle at the same time," he said in all seriousness.

But Christina Aguilera had to laugh, according to Hollywood Life, and even quoted Gwen Stefani's "Hollaback Girl."

"That s**t is bananas," she said. "Come on now."

Adam Levine also had to take a jab at Blake Shelton by quoting another Gwen Stefani hit, "Don't speak, you've said too much,"

Clearly, there's no bad blood between Christina Aguilera and Blake Shelton who was previously rumored to be lobbying with "The Voice" producers to fire the "Dirty" singer and bring back Gwen Stefani.

Apparently, Christina Aguilera demanded from producers that she return to "The Voice," even if the romance between Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton is reportedly helping the ratings.

"Christina said that it was her show and gave a really big spiel about how she thinks that Gwen used this Blake thing to try and stay on the show," the source claimed. "Now people are dreading her return."

"They have been switching the female judges on and off for over three seasons now and it has nothing to do with how well Gwen is performing" the article added. "It has more to do with just keeping it different by changing it up. As of right now, there are no plans to make it five judges."

"The Voice" season 10 returns to NBC with judges Christina Aguilera, Adam Levine, and Blake Shelton to be joined by Gwen Stefani and Miley Cyrus.
