Now You See Me 2: Daniel Radcliffe plays a villain?

Spoilers ahead! Is Daniel Radcliffe going to be the 5th Horsemen in "Now You See Me 2: The Second Act"? According to a report, the "Harry Potter" actor is set to play a pivotal role in the sequel to "Now You See Me," which will premiere on June this year. [See the trailer below]

Producers of "Now You See Me 2" have been "hush-hush" about the plot points and other spoilers for the upcoming movie and fans couldn't help but speculate on the roles that the new cast members will play, including Daniel Radcliffe and Lizzy Caplan.

According to Lawyer Herald, the "Harry Potter" star will play the role of Walter Mabry, the son of millionaire Arthur Tressler, whom the "Four Horsemen" stole millions of dollars from in the previous movie.

"[Daniel Radcliffe] will play the role of Walter Mabry, son of Micheal Caine's character in the movie, which was confirmed by the veteran actor last October," the website reported.

The website added: "Walter Mabry will be the one who coaxes The Four Horsemen into doing their most impossible vanishing act yet."

While it is yet to be revealed whether or not Daniel Radcliffe will play the villain, this description of the film from Cinema Blend might suggest so:

"One year after outwitting the FBI and winning the public's adulation with their mind-bending spectacles, the Four Horsemen resurface in 'Now You See Me 2' only to find themselves face to face with a new enemy who enlists them to pull off their most dangerous heist yet."

Meanwhile, the role of another new cast member, Lizzy Caplan, is yet to be revealed, although she stands as a replacement for Isla Fisher, who turned down the sequel due to her pregnancy.

With the premiere of "Now You See Me 2: The Second Act" set four months away, fans could only hope that the sequel is as good as the first film, which earned a total of $351 million in 2013 and became Lionsgate's 5th highest-grossing movie, according to Forbes.
