"Halo Wars" will be the newest addition to Xbox One backward compatible games list, a new leaked image revealed.

According to Segment Next, the game was previously spotted on Xbox One Marketplace. And the leaked screen shot from Evilboris on Twitter revealed that "Halo Wars" will take up 6.34GB of storage through backward compatibility feature.

As one of the most requested title to support the said feature, along with "GTA: San Andreas" and "Bioshock Infinite," the announcement of "Halo Wars" inclusion on the Xbox Online backward compatible games list is definitely looming, Express UK reported.

Going by "Halo Wars" gameplay, it was confirmed that Creative Assembly's head Tim Heaton that the game will follow the original "Halo" titles' gameplay and will not adopt a total war franchise.

"We are absolutely using Halo Wars as a starting point. This isn't going to be a Total War: Halo kind of game - this is Halo Wars taken to the next stage," Heaton said per Express UK.

Meanwhile, another title is rumored to arrive on the Xbox One backward compatible games list.

Slash Gear reported that an Xbox One user in Spain was able to download "Call of Duty: Black Ops" Annihilation: Pack 3 DLC on Xbox One Store.

Express UK  noted that the said titles are expected to be announced once they are made compatible with the Xbox One console as Microsoft already confirmed that it will no longer announce the games' list on a monthly basis.

"Based on your feedback, the Xbox Engineering team will start to pilot a new way to launch Xbox One Backward Compatibility titles," Microsoft said in a blogpost.

"Starting today, we'll release titles as they become available, rather than a set monthly launch date. What this means for you is that you won't have to wait to find out the latest titles; we'll release whatever is available, when they're available, once each title has received the engineering and publisher stamp of approval."
