Recently, Vicki Gunvalson's Instagram account has been filled with photos of her new boyfriend, as they go out on dates and meet up with family. According to the "Real Housewives of Orange County" star, Jack has been a friend for "several years."

But if fans are worried that Vicki Gunvalson is falling for her new boyfriend too soon and too fast, especially after the hell she had gone through with Brooks Ayers, here's what the reality star's rep has to say.

"They are absolutely still new and nothing serious yet," the rep said. "though she did have an incredible time this weekend with him."

To top it all off, Vicki Gunvalson's daughter Briana (a known Brooks Ayers hater), reportedly approves of the "Real Housewives of Orange County's" new beaux.

"Briana has already approved and gives two thumbs up," her rep said, adding that while on a recent trip to Scottsdale, "she saw him and he mentioned the next time she was in town he wanted to take her out."

"He's an absolute gentleman," the rep continued. "And she's very excited for the future."

News of Vicki Gunvalson's budding relationship comes after her roller-coaster relationship with Brooks Ayers, who was accused of faking a cancer diagnosis in the previous season of "Real Housewives of Orange County."

Due to the alleged cancer sham, Vicki Gunvalson is allegedly getting a court settlement worth $132,000 from Brooks Ayers.

"After a court battle with former business partner Robert Williamson over an allegedly fraudulent sale of a portion of Vicki's Vodkas, Ayers filed a suit requesting a judge force Williamson to pay his court fees," EN Starz reported. "However, when the judgement was made, as Radar Online revealed, the fees were paid to Gunvalson instead of Ayers."
