Pia Wurtzbach has been reigning as Miss Universe 2015 for about a month now, but the Filipina beauty is clearly behind the dating scene as she admitted to being single at the moment.

Previously, Hollywood actor James Franco expressed his admiration for Pia Wurtzbach after winning Miss Universe 2015 as he posted an Instagram photo, which he captioned, "I [heart] the Philippines!!! 2 @missuniverse!!!"

The post generated speculations that the actor might have asked the beauty queen to go out on a date with him.

But during her interview on GMA Network's radio show, Hot 97, the beauty shook her head and said it was just a nice gesture.

The radio hosts suggested that maybe Franco was interested in dating her, but is still figuring out how to ask her out. Wurtzbach shrugged and laughed, "Don't give me false hope."

The actress-turned-beauty queen admitted that she's surprised why nobody has asked her out for a date after winning the Miss Universe 2015.

"Shouldn't it be easier for me now to meet somebody and go out on a date? But then, there's nobody [asking]. I don't know what [I am] doing wrong," she laughed again,

Meanwhile, Wurtzbach shared an Instagram photo along with the caption, "I can't believe it's been exactly one month since the#MissUniverse competition. I want time to slow down so I can keep enjoying this forever," she said.

According to Asia One, the beauty queen still finds the whole experience surreal.

"I don't think you can imagine what it's actually going to be like until you're actually there. It's surreal. I still can't believe it up to now. I feel like everything will really, really sink in once I finally do the press con and parade," Wurtzbach explained.

Even if she's not dating anybody, Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach is still very busy with her advocacies promoting HIV/AIDS awareness, relief operations for disaster-prone countries and measures against cyber-bullying.
