'Thor 3 Ragnarok' Cast News: New Members Set To Be Announced By Summer; Details Released!
The lookout for the director of a possible "Thor 3: Ragnarok" does not seem to hamper its third sequel's filming and production as news about the alleged cast has been making the headlines recently.
According to Christian Post via Screen Rant, the place where "Thor 3" has been decided to be filmed is Pinewood Atlanta Studio. This announcement from the production team comes even as the announcement of the filming schedule of Thor's third sequel should not be available until the latter part of 2016.
News updates say that Chris Hemsworth is being tapped to play lead role and be part of "Thor 3: Ragnarok" cast, as written in an article in Youth Health Mag. Many sees Hemsworth as the actor that'll convincingly give life to the Ragnarok story concept of the film, the publication reported.
According to Marvel, as posted on Youth Health Mag, fans are likely going to see Thor 3's villain, Surtur.
"An enormous fiery demon native to the dimension of Asgard," his character is reported to be, as quoted from the slurce cited above. "Possessed of evil intelligence and vast power, Surtur was one of the major elemental forces of evil that the Asgardians feared. He was a mystical being whose existence predated that of Odin himself. "

"'Hannibal' actor Mads Mikkelsen could not only lend his voice to Surtur, he could also play the part (provided he will be edited to appear way larger than Hemsworth," an excerpt read.
A Marvel executive hinted spoilers for the upcoming film, according to Screen Rant:
"I think towards the end of the summer there will probably be a filmmaker announcement and a writer announcement and maybe even some additional casting announcements," the executive said. "That won't start filming until middle of next year."
