With BTS set to perform their first full-group concert since 2022 at Seoul's Gwanghwamun Square on March 21, fans of member Jungkook aren't waiting for the main event. Domestic and international fan clubs have mobilized to plaster the capital's most prominent public spaces with support advertisements on a scale that's hard to miss.

The Korean fan group "Jungkook Supporters" announced via X that it will run a dedicated comeback support ad for Jungkook on LUUX, the largest media signage in the country, located right in the heart of Gwanghwamun. At roughly 3,000 square meters - about the size of 12 volleyball courts combined - the LUUX billboard is visible from Cheonggye Square, Seoul Plaza, and Gwanghwamun Square itself. The ad will run more than 70 times a day between 6 a.m. and midnight on March 21.

That's only part of the campaign. From March 19 through 21, the group will also air the ad over 70 times daily on the Lumi Media digital billboard in central Gwanghwamun - a screen measuring 22.2 meters wide and 30.5 meters tall. On concert day itself, two additional digital displays at the Cheonggye Hanguk Building near Cheonggye Square will broadcast the ad more than 100 times each. In total, Jungkook's face will appear on four separate major billboards throughout the Gwanghwamun district.

Chinese fans are joining in as well. The fan group "Jungkook China" has booked the massive LED display on the exterior of the Koreana Hotel - roughly 1,200 square meters, or about three basketball courts - positioned at the key intersection of Sejong-daero and Cheonggyecheon. That campaign runs from March 20 through 22.

The fan activity reflects the broader electricity surrounding BTS's return. All seven members - RM, Jin, SUGA, j-hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook - completed South Korea's mandatory military service by June 2025. Their fifth studio album, ARIRANG, drops March 20, one day before the Gwanghwamun concert, which will be streamed live on Netflix to audiences in 190 countries. Seoul authorities are preparing for a crowd of up to 260,000 people and have deployed approximately 4,800 police officers along with 3,400 city officials for crowd management and safety.

The concert, titled BTS THE COMEBACK LIVE | ARIRANG, will be directed by Hamish Hamilton - who recently helmed the Bad Bunny Super Bowl halftime show and the 2026 Grammys - and will mark BTS's first live full-group performance in nearly four years.
