Lotte Shareholders Finally Confirm a New Chairman

The undisclosed meeting in Tokyo yesterday has gone well; the shareholders of Lotte Holdings have officially reaffirmed Shin Dong-bin’s position as head of Lotte businesses in Korea and Japan.
