South Korean Hotels And Other Local Companies Receive High Scores On The National Customer Satisfaction Index

The average score for South Korean companies reached a record-setting 74.1 points on the 2016 National Customer Satisfaction Index. This is the highest score ever attaubed by a country since the index was first introduced in 1998.
