AirAsia Crash Due To Faulty Component And Pilot Actions, Says National Transport Safety Committee

A report from Indonesia's National Transport Safety Committee said faulty component and pilot actions reportedly were the reasons for the AirAsia crash last year that killed all of its 162 passengers.
