Angelina Jolie And Brad Pitt Divorce Confirmed? Actress MIA In Golden Globe Awards!
Rumors have it that Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are heading for divorce as the actress was not able to accompany his husband in the recently concluded Golden Globe Awards ceremony.
The 52-year-old actor went solo in the red carpet for the awards show, which was a rare sight due to the fact that he was always with the "Maleficent" star during any public event as big as the Globes.
But before speculations arise on their alleged split, a Bustle report said that Jolie was busy filming her latest film "First They Killed My Father: A Daughter of Cambodia" which was being taped in Cambodia.
"Would you expect anything less? She clearly has more important things to be doing than partaking in the debauchery and madness of the beloved awards show," Bustle author Allyson Koerner said.
The couple has been rumored to be heading off to splitsville since last year as reports said that they started fighting while filming "By the Sea."
The actress, who was also the director and producer for the film, reportedly controls her husband over his acting to where the actor grew tired of.
Despite rumors that Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are set to divorce, the couple still made sure to spend quality time with their family as they celebrated the holidays in Vietnam, the Inquisitr said in a report.
In the awards show, Brad Pitt was accompanied with "The Big Short" co-star Ryan Gosling as they presented an award on stage, Wet Paint said in a report.
"To be honest, I was told I was presenting alone," Ryan Gosling said."I've been cast in some kind of Joe Biden, Andy Richter, Robin kind of role."
Brad Pitt and Ryan Gosling are cast members to the 2015 film "The Big Short," which revolves around four men who was involved in investments and banking.
No statement has been released from neither Angelina Jolie nor Brad Pitt's camp about their rumored divorce.
