"Magic Mike XXL" star Matt Bomer revealed that his husband, Simon Hall, does not mind that he does "a lot of sex scenes" but the actor claimed he prefers to keep it low.

In an interview published via Daily Time Gazette, he claimed that his husband is used to all the roles he has done.

"There's been a lot of that sort of scene work for me over the years in one form or another, so I think we're all pretty much sort of anesthetized to that," he said.

"It's part of the job. It's part of the character's reality and who they are and their circumstances. That's what you show up and do. It's just a day at the office sometimes when you're an actor."

Matt Bomer's acting career has definitely thrived over the years. After his gig in "White Collar," he returns to the TV screens as Donovan in the "American Horror Story: Hotel" along with pop star Lady Gaga.

Speaking to Gay Times, Matt Bomer admitted that his kids with husband Simon Halls have not yet seen him in his Donovan get up.

"No, but it's interesting because you don't realise what a huge cultural figure you're working with. I haven't said anything about Lady Gaga to them, just that I'm working with this girl. They've seen pictures that we've taken that are candid."

He added, "They just think it's an actress, and someone from their class at school has told them. So, they come home now and go 'what's Lady Gaga like?' They don't know who she is necessarily, it's just playground lore. So I'm like, 'oh, my God, am I cool now?'"

Matt Bomer is also not keen about his kids watching the show, "hoping they won't see it for years to come."

"At a certain age, hopefully 18, they're going to dip into my work and go, 'What the [bleep]?' I'm going to have a lot of explaining to do," he said per Inquisitr.

Despite his fame and thriving family life with husband Simon Halls, Matt Bomer said he hopes the stigma of being a gay actor in Hollywood would start to go away.

"He says he just wants to be thought of as an actor, not a gay actor. At the same time, he realizes how fortunate he has been to have been born at the right time, so he can live as freely as he dose and still pursue his acting career," Inquisitr added.
