Latest ‘Pokken Tournament’ News: Heracross, Swampert and Tyranitar To Be Included In The Game?

"Pokemon" fans across the globe just can't get enough of "Pokken Tournament" news, as they try to guess the next fighters which will be included in the highly-anticipated game.

Game Rant noted that "Pokken Tournament," an arcade-style spin-off of the well-loved Japanese anime franchise, currently has a limited roster of combatants.

This is a concern which developers are trying hard to address, as the "Pokemon" Company has recently been giving a sneak peak of the game's next playable characters.

Latest "Pokken Tournament" news revealed that a fully-evolved Sceptile, a favorite among "Pokemon Ruby" and "Pokemon Saphire" fans, will be among the fighters that will duke it out in the game.

And to further sustain the interest of followers, the "Big N" has hinted that the next possible creature to be included in the game has the Japanese hiragana character "ラ".

In a translation by Dual Shockers via Game Rant, the pocket monster's name features "ra" or "la," which should help fans narrow down the list of potential fighters.

With this clue, some frontrunners include Hitmonlee and Hitmonchan, which both have the "ラ" character in their names.

Other possible fighters that are anticipated to join the roster of "Pokken Tournament" based on recent news also include Heracross, Swampert, Tyranitar and Hitmontop.

PokeJungle.net's message board has also been on overdrive, as fans weigh in on who would be the latest edition to the "Pokken Tournament."

"I'm fairly confident it's gonna b Heracross. I'm good with that! Heracross is pretty sweet and I think it'd b cool to play as," TheOmegaMonster6893 predicted.

"Darkrai will be awesome in this game but my dreamtell me it's Swampert," Shady wrote.

"I would want either one of these Pokemon to be it: Hitmontop, Gliscor, Tyranitar, Aggron, Rampardos, Reuniclus, Darkrai, Kangaskhan or, of course, Goomy," Green commented.
