'Disgaea 5' Season Pass DLC Unlock List Revealed! Game Developer Planning On New IPs?

"Disgaea 5" season pass DLC unlock list has been revealed, according to Nerd Reactor.

A good number of DLC had been unlocked following the release of the season pass of the game a few months ago.

Five batches of DLC contents were launched featuring familiar characters from previous "Disgaea" games, "Makai Kingdom" and "La Pucelle."

Additionally, players who purchased all of the contents were rewarded with the special character named, "Plenair," as a playable character.

Aside from the "Disgaea 5" season pass DLC, the game has also introduced a lot of different new features that were not present in other prequels, according to VG247.

One of those features is the Curry Shop, where players could create stat boosters. The boosters could last one battle and would help boost players' characters if the recipe was correct. If the recipe was wrong, bad stats will accompany the characters in the next battle.

Another new feature of the game is called the Nether Research Squad. This helps unlock new worlds, find rare items and gain experience for characters that players do not regularly use.

Additional feature is the Alchemist shop, which can create new items for players to try out. Players can use Innocents to power up the results of alchemy.

In other news, "Disgaea 5" developer, Nippon Ichi Software, has revealed that the company is planning to launch a variety of IP releases this year, according to Siliconera. It will range from smaller titles to bigger ones. Sohei Niikawa, the company president, has discussed what is in store for 2016.

"Going into 2016, Nippon Ichi Software will continue to vigorously release new IPs in the console marketplace," said Niikawa. "We will keep going forward and fight until we're out of energy."
