Sheldon will do something extremely romantic for Amy while Leonard and Penny go to therapy for their "marital issues.

According to the episode 12 synopsis, titled "The Sales Call Sublimation" from IMDB, the gang will be going through a lot of things this episode.
"Leonard visits a psychiatrist so Penny can make a sales call on her and they learn some things about their interactions and marital issues," the synopsis read.
Meanwhile, Stuart will be moving out of the Wolowitz House as Sheldon and Raj work on searching for "extra-solar planets."
According to International Business Times, a previous leaked report mentioned that Sheldon and Raj will indeed discover a small asteroid in episode 12. However, this will lead to them arguing over what to name it.
The report further noted that Sheldon will be using this chance to name the asteroid after Amy. Raj, however, will not be impressed.

According to the promo for the episode, the couple is facing some trouble in paradise and the source of their woes is apparently Sheldon.
"We have this man-child living with us named Sheldon," Penny was seen as saying.
"Leonard talked a lot about him. I wasn't sure if he was real," the therapist replied.
To which an aggravated Penny replied, "He is as real as the 'fine' I get when I use too much toilet paper!"
