'Constantine' Season 2 Air Date Might Still Happen Should 'Arrow' End After Fifth Season?
Movie Pilot is notorious for making ridiculous theories about different comic book movies and TV series. Most of the time, the Internet can't help but cringe with the theories. It's latest assumption has different effect though, at least for those who are looking for "Constantine" season 2 air date.
There are no more conversation regarding "Constantine" season 2 air date, which stars Matt Ryan in the title role. The last seen of him was in "Arrow" season 4 episode five when he guest-starred to save the soul of Sarah Lance (Caity Lotz) who was soaked in the mystical Lazarus Put that changed her personality.
In Q&A with fans, "Arrow" lead cast Stephen Amell said his show might last only until the fifth season, and his statement was understandably met with disappointment from fans of the TV series.
Over at Movie Pilot, writers did not waste time envisioning "Arrow" without Oliver Queen. One of the five theories they came up with has something to do with "Constantine" season 2 air date.
"Yes, I know. I should have included this in the last possibility, but I thought I could make a whole other argument. Constantine only consisted of a 13-part first season," it wrote. "But later, Matt Ryan appeared on Arrow in Season 4 as the character, making the Constantine TV series apart of the Arrowverse. Many people have hoped that Constantine will continue, whether it is on The CW, FOX, or Netflix. I think many fans of both Arrow and Constantine would like that the show would continue, and I think it is a great idea."
"Constantine" was canceled on May 8 last year with NBC citing its low ratings. However, some fans argued the network put it in a wrong time slot.
When Matt Ryan and his character appeared in the CW Network superhero series, which also gave birth to two other show "The Flash" and "Legends of Tomorrow", "Arrow" had a feast in viewership as it recorded an 11% rise from the previous episode.
With the reception Cocnstantine got from Arrow fans, will it be the third spinoff series from the CW show? Would you like to see "Constantine" season 2 and see Stephen Amell leave "Arrow?" For now, the air date for season 2 is still up in the air.
