Kang Ji Won, a 32-year old Korean taking an MBA in the United States and a sensitive fashion lady, is in the frontline promoting faux fur coats and any other fur-made fabrics. Ji Won alleged that the real charm of vegan fur coats is that it has a variety of colors to choose from.

Ji Won said that the last time she wore real fur was sometime in 2008, Korea Joong Daily reported. She also acknowledged her love for fur because it gives a luxurious and fashionable look, especially during the winter. However, ever since she married her husband and took in his two cats, she had that guilty feeling for putting on her mink coats and fur vests. But with the trendy faux furs, she can get back her previous fashionable look.

Additionally, people are becoming more sensitive and protecting the right of animals. Also, various groups are creating awareness on how animals are treated on fur farms and the cruel methods used to obtain fur from the animals. As a result, public figures are avoiding fur while others are receiving critics for wearing materials made from fur. Other people also allege that fur is fashionable and also trendy and it is hard to quit, read a statement in racked.com.

Fashion insiders advise that if you cannot quit fur, then you can opt for an alternative: fake fur. Although it is regarded as low in quality, artificial fur has gained tremendous attention from both the public and celebrities. Of late, male celebrities on Korea have posted photos of themselves dressed in bright, primary-colored fur coats. And to guard against vicious critics or comments, they added hashtags that that the courts are fake fur coats.

The alleged artificial fur courts have penetrated Korea. They are trending everywhere in different shops and department stores. Fashion insiders are styling the coats better than the real thing. They are also cheap and are protecting the animals at the same time. Still, some designers, like Stella McCartney, do not embrace fake furs for the reason it looks real.
