Ian Somerhalder's ex-girlfriend Nina Dobrev conquered heights and showed off her extreme yoga poses while she was on a holiday in Hawaii.

The 26-year-old Bulgarian-Canadian star shared her photos to her fans as she sky-dived after jumping out of a plane on New Year 's Day, The Daily Mail said in a report.

"Sending love and positivity from the top of the world," she said as she was seen forming her hands with a heart shape, People said. She even posted a full video of her adventure, showing how she managed to keep her fright while jumping out of the aircraft.

After her adventure, Ian Somerhalder's ex-girlfriend Nina Dobrev decided to rest by the beach side with her fellow actress pal Hillary Harley.

 "Happy Girls in #HappyHawaii," the actress said as the gals rocked skimpy bikini and sun kissed skin.

Nina Dobrev also showed off some extreme yoga poses by the beach which flaunted her taut tummy and slender frame. She also performed an impressive head stand while her pal decided to do a split.

As if not contended with her adventures, the former "The Vampire Diaries" star also posted a photo with friends after they went free-diving with 22 wild sharks.

Nina Dobrev is now in a relationship with "Whiplash" actor Austin Stowell.
