Who Is The Next Doctor Who: After Season 10, Tim Roth Proposes to Replace Peter Capaldi

Scottish actor Peter Capaldi has already announced that he will not be doing the next season of the popular series "Doctor Who" after season 10 concludes.

Producers and fans are together already on the hunt to find the next Doctor Who.

"The Reservoir Dogs" star, Tim Roth, has already explicitly stated his interest in pursuing the coveted role of Doctor Who for the next season.

"Doctor Who" season 10 is one of the most popular and hit UK TV show with fans already doing the guessing game for the next competent actor to replace the popular lord Peter Capaldi, said ContactMusic.com

Tim Roth expressed his interest on the internet when a fan posted

"Mr Roth. Would you please, please, please be the next Doctor?" and the actor replied, "Ok. If this is the casting director, I'm all for it."

Steven William, who is a Scottish television writer and producer, known for his work as show runner, writer and producer of the British television series "Doctor Who" and "Sherlock," is already seeking options to replace the current star of the series.

He had already been discussing to bring a new companion in the series, who is preferably a female character, who will bring "new level of dynamics" in the show.

Peter Capaldi had earlier expressed to The Telegraph, "This could be my final year - it's terrifying. I love "Doctor Who," but it can be quite an insular world and I do want to do other things."

"There will come a time when this is over. But I knew that when I started. I was thinking about my regeneration scene from the outset. That's my terrible melancholic nature. When you accept the job you know there'll come a day, inevitably, when you'll be saying goodbye."

Peter Capaldi had replaced Matt Smith as the 12th Doctor to play the role back in 2013.

He debuted in season 8 and will now be back in "Doctor Who" season 10 before bidding his adieu to the show, said Scout.co.nz.
