'Prison School' Manga's Next Volume Set To Release OVA Bundle Next Year!
The Japanese manga series "Prison School" is all set to release a special surprise for all its manga fans with the release of th 20th volume, according to Anime News Network.
Akira Hiramoto, creator of the series recently revealed that with the latest volume of the manga series, a limited edition bundled of Original Animation Video (OVA) will also be made available for all the fans.
The publisher, Kodansha is using this strategy of an additional bundle of OVA with the 20th volume for attracting more readers for the manga series to its Young Magazine.
The Fandom Post reported that the bundled OVA is speculated to be compiled by the original members of the manga series and the same cast, who were featured in the anime version of "Prison School."
The rumors also suggest that this OVA promotional gift is also a hint at the second installment of the anime season for the manga.
The original television series was based on the narrative of Michiko Yokote with Junichiro Taniguchi as character designer and chief animation director.
The director for the series was Tsutomu Mizushima. The same people will help build the OVA bundle to be released in two months' time.
iSchool Guide reported that the cast for the "Prison School" manga series includes Hiroshi Kamiya in "Kyosh" role, Kenichi Suzumura as "Shingo," Katsuyuki Konishi as Gakuto with Shizuka Itou as Meiko and many more.
The storyline for the new manga series involves around the character name Fujino Kiyoshi and the dark secrets of Hachimitsu Academy.
Fujino tries to fight the shadow student council, who threatens the girls to refrain from talking to guys in the school, reported My Anime List.
The earlier volumes of the manga series have done exceptionally well with the sale of four million copies and its next volume is also set for the same.
The next installment from the manga series, "Prison School" is set to release on March 4, 2016 with its promotional gift videos in DVD format.
