The Corrs 2016 Tour Dates Announced; Month Of January Packed!
If you miss the Irish band The Corrs, then you will be glad to know that the sibling music quartet is back and their tour dates for 2016 are ready, according to a post by The Independent. Get ready to be left breathless and be transferred back to that Nineties nostalgia feel again.
For those who are not acquainted with this band, The Corrs is an Irish group that is composed of three sisters and their brother. According to Blouin Art Info, they have made a name by having a multi-million-selling career courtesy of their melodic fusion of rock with Celtic folk and yes, they play traditional Irish instruments.
The group who fared well in the Nineties are best known for their songs such as "Runaway," "What Can I Do," and "Breathless." After a decade of making songs, they have shied from the limelight and music as two of them raised families while the other two focused on their respective solo careers. After a decade, The Corrs are back this 2016 with their tour dates already released. Apart from The Corrs, another Irish performer Enya is also set to be back on tour this new year.
The announcement of their tour is followed by the group's performance at BBC's Live in Hyde Park on Sunday. In addition, the Corr siblings namely Andrea, Sharon, Caroline and Jim, have confirmed their return themselves at the Ronnie Scott's jazz club in London.
