‘Rise Of The Tomb Raider’ PC Release Date Confirmed? Game Price Announced?
"Rise of the Tomb Raider" PC release date is rumored to be on January 2016, according to IGN.
"Rise of the Tomb Raider" is an action-adventure video game. It was developed by Crystal Dynamics and published by Microsoft Studios and Square Enix. This game is the sequel to the rebooted "Tomb Raider" which was released in 2013. "Rise of the Tomb Raider" was first launched on the Xbox One and the Xbox 360 on Nov. 10, 2015. It will be released on the PC in early 2016 and on the PlayStation 4 in late 2016.
A rumor has been circulating recently that "Rise of the Tomb Raider's" PC release date will be this coming Jan. 29, 2016. The release date was spotted on Amazon France's webpage, according to Tech Times. There was an earlier post on Amazon France that showed that the PC version of the game will be arriving on Jan. 29.
Today, it was removed in the meantime. This suggests that it was no more than a placeholder. There is still no official announcement or any marketing done by Square Enix so there are no confirmed reports as of yet. Now it was changed from Jan. 29 to March 31.
Meanwhile, another rumor has circulated in another part of the world and this time it is in Taiwan, according to DSO Gaming. Another online shop has hinted at a January 2016 release and that is coming from Taiwan. This online shop is one of the biggest Taiwanese shops and it indicates that "Rise of the Tomb Raider's" PC release date will be on Jan. 26. The online shop also indicated that the game is now available for pre-purchase and has a price tag of $40.
Again, Square Enix has not given any confirmation for these rumored release dates. Some game websites are finding it hard to believe that the game will be released this early, but Square Enix is known for surprising the gaming community.
