‘Batman Arkham Knight’ DLC Release Date This Month; Update Will Add New Features!

"Batman Arkham Knight" DLC release date will be this month, according to Cross Map.

A few weeks ago, Warner Bros. Interactive released a patch for the game so it could resolve some issues of the game. It did resolve some, but there were still some problems that made the game unplayable for some PC owners. This made Warner Bros. Interactive offer refunds for players who wanted to return their purchases. Since then, the game developers have worked on a better patch to resolve the issues.

Today, Warner Bros. Interactive has officially announced that they have released a new update for "Batman: Arkham Knight," according to DSO Gaming. The new patch has a size of 538 MB and it will resolve many issues the game had.

In addition, the patch will restore heavier rain during the opening section of the game, fixes missing rain effects on different character skins, a lot of miscellaneous gameplay fixes and stability and performance improvements. Steam will auto-download the patch for the game when a player logs in.

Aside from what the patch will fix, it will also prepare for the new DLC for the game which might be coming a few days before Christmas, according to Latin Post. There is an official "Batman: Arkham Knight" DLC release date announced from Warner Bros. Interactive and there are new details on what the DLC will be.

The DLC will be called "The Season of Infamy" expansion pack, according to Venture Capital Post. This expansion pack will have all-new four Most Wanted Missions. These missions will feature famous villains from the "Batman" universe. The missions will be titled "Beneath the Surface," "In From the Cold," "Wonderland" and "Shadow War." All four missions will have villains like Killer Croc, Mister Freeze, Mad Hatter and Ra's al Ghul.

In addition, the DLC will contain the fifth Crime Fighter Challenge Pack, an original version skin for the Batmobile and many more.

The "Batman: Arkham Knight" DLC release date is on Dec. 22, 2015.
