Azealia Banks Biting The Breast Of A Female Guard Caught On Tape? Rapper Arrested!
Rapper Azealia Banks has been charged with a misdemeanor charge of a third-degree assault Wednesday, after allegedly punching and biting a female security guard's breast, according to Rolling Stone.
The 24-year old rapper from New York was arrested outside the Meatpacking club, Up&Down and was later arraigned and released on her own recognizance, revealed Page Six.
Banks attended a private party at the club when she got into an argument with the bouncers and at approximately 12:30 a.m. the rapper was asked to leave.
According to police sources, the rapper was taken to the sixth precinct and was held for evaluation.
Witnesses relayed that the trouble started when Azealia Banks arrived with an invited guest for the birthday party of one of the club owners, Ronnie Madera.
"It was an invite-only party," said a witness. "You needed a stamp to get in."
The altercation with the bouncers broke out when Banks was asked to go upstairs to get a stamp first before she could enter the private downstairs party.
While the "212" singer was being forced to leave the club, she then directed epithets and racial slurs towards two security guards. Banks punched and spit on the female bouncer's face before biting her breast.
The "Chasing Time" rapper was also arrested for an outburst in September, on a Delta flight form New York to Los Angeles and it was all recorded on tape. Banks apparently called the flight attendant a "F---ing Fagg-t" after relaying that a fellow passenger hit her in the face. The people involved in this incident did not press charges, shared Huffington Post.
The story of the rapper biting a female guard's breast, comes after the rapper allegedly assaulted another guard in October at Break Room 86, which is a club in Los Angeles, reported Billboard.
A video from the nightclub showed Banks tussling with a security guard. The rapper was being asked to leave the club because of unruly behavior and on her way out, Banks got into a physical confontation with the guard because she attempted to pull the fire alarm.
She was investigated by the LAPD for criminal battery and assault.
Azealia Banks has not commented yet on the incident on social media.
