'Yakuza 6' PS4 Trailer Revealed; Release Date Announced?
An "Yakuza 6" trailer for PS4 has been released for fans to view.
The major trailer ran for almost two minutes long that featured lead character, Kazuma Kiryu's fighting skills in defeating mobs and, his capability of navigating narrow passages, rooftops and obstacles.
The "Yakuza 6" trailer shows that the game play's story will focus on his encounters while in search for his childhood friend ever since he got out from prison. He will come across high ranking Yakuzas and will soon be involved and experience conflict, according to Gamespot.
"Yakuza 6" is a follow-up series from the happening in "Yakuza 5" that will be released in the U.S. It will display the works of director and actor, Takeshi Kitano and will be exclusively be played on PS4 by early 2016. Gamers and reviewers had been looking forward for the release and was hoping that the developers may include the Japanese dialogue along with english subtitles, according to Forbes.
It was first announced in September during to Tokyo Game Show together with a HD remake version of the original one by Sega. The game was expected to be released in fall 2016 however, as for the west localizations, it was not yet confirmed, according to Polygon.
A game demo was also featured that will be included in Yakuza: Kiwami and Sega also recently launched its story. This will be released alongside "Yakuza 6," according to PlayStation LifeStyle.
The trailer garnered positive reviews especially with regards to the character's graphics and environment that got enhanced details compared to its PS3 brethren. It showed the attacks were still similar that proved it maintained its action genre. Sega revealed that the game was already 60 to 70 percent done however, there still a lot to complete, according to TrustedReviews.
Along with the update, "Yakuza 5" has officially been released to PS3 last week in western locations.
