TXT Sells Over 1.4 Million Albums on Day One with Star Chapter Together

TOMORROW X TOGETHER has smashed sales records with their latest album release, selling over 1.4 million copies in just 24 hours.
According to Hanteo Chart, TXT's fourth studio album "The Star Chapter: TOGETHER" sold 1,428,097 copies on July 21 alone, immediately topping the daily album chart.
This puts the group's latest release in elite territory. Their previous album "The Star Chapter: SANCTUARY" sold 1,579,339 copies in its entire first week - meaning the new album nearly matched a full week's sales in one day.
TXT now has six consecutive million-selling albums, starting with 2022's "minisode 2: Thursday's Child". The streak continued with:
- "The Name Chapter: TEMPTATION" (2023)
- "The Name Chapter: FREEFALL" (2023)
- "minisode 3: TOMORROW" (2024)
- "The Star Chapter: SANCTUARY" (2024)
- "The Star Chapter: TOGETHER" (2025)
Five of these six albums hit million-seller status on day one, with only "Thursday's Child" taking two days.
The title track "Beautiful Strangers" made waves across Korean streaming platforms. It hit #2 on Bugs' real-time chart and #29 on Melon's Top 100. By midnight on July 22, all eight album tracks had charted on major Korean music services.
Globally, the album reached #2 on Worldwide iTunes Albums chart and topped iTunes in 19 countries including Japan, Chile, and Hong Kong. "Beautiful Strangers" also claimed #1 on iTunes songs charts in nine countries.
"The Star Chapter: TOGETHER" explores themes of empathy and connection, telling stories of saving each other through the simple act of calling someone's name.
The title track "Beautiful Strangers" is a trap-rhythm hip hop song mixing dreamy piano with intense synthesizers. The eight-track album also includes "Upside Down Kiss," "Ghost Girl," "Sunday Driver," "Dance With You," and "Take My Half."
The five members - Soobin, Yeonjun, Beomgyu, Taehyun, and HueningKai - held a comeback live stream on Weverse on July 22 to celebrate with fans.
TXT will kick off their "ACT: TOMORROW" world tour in Seoul on August 22-23 at Gocheok Sky Dome, with the concerts available for online streaming.
This latest success solidifies TXT's position as one of K-pop's biggest fourth-generation acts, proving their ability to consistently break their own records with each release.
