The FIFA Qatar World Cup happened last year. But regardless, Jungkook's opening ceremony performance of his song Dreamers is making a lot of views in the popular video streaming service, YouTube.
The said video with the title Jung Kook from BTS performs 'Dreamers' at FIFA World Cup opening ceremony recently reached the 50 million view milestone. His performance is joined by Qatari singer ahad Al Kubaisi and a number of backup dancers along with his performance.
The song Dreamers is officially part of the 2022 FIFA Qatar World Cup's official soundtrack.
Jungkook, whose full name is Jeon Jung-kook, is a South Korean singer, songwriter, and dancer. He was born on September 1, 1997, in Busan, South Korea, and is currently a member of the popular K-pop group BTS. He is known for his exceptional vocals, dancing skills, and charming personality.
Jungkook began his musical career in 2013 when he auditioned for the South Korean reality show "Superstar K." Although he did not make it past the audition round, he was scouted by several talent agencies, including Big Hit Entertainment, the company behind BTS. He officially joined the group in 2013 as the main vocalist and youngest member.
