SM Entertainment Officially Announces ‘Welcome To The NeoCiTy’ Global Audition To Recruit New NCT Members

SM Entertainment recently confirmed that they are opening a global audition to look for new members of NCT. On the 10th of June KST, the K-Pop label announced their upcoming global auditions entitled "Welcome to the NeoCiTy."
Notably, SM Entertainment will get applications from 14 regions around the world. Among the cities include Tokyo, Toronto, Vancouver, New York, Los Angeles, Seoul, Ho Chi Minh, Bangkok, Jakarta, Chongqing, Guangzhou, Beijing, Osaka, and Fukuoka.
The "Welcome to the NeoCiTy" global auditions is strictly to look for the newest members of NCT. Furthermore, SM Entertainment specified that they are looking for males born between 2001 and 2008 who are gifted in vocals, rap, and dancing.

Adding to this, after each application period ends, SM Entertainment will have a round of online auditions. This will then be followed by another round of on-site auditions which will be held in each respective country.
Applicants who are successful could have the opportunity to train and sign a contract with SM Entertainment. They will also end up debuting as a member of NCT.
