BLACKPINK’s Rosé Cancels Her Overseas Schedules After Testing Positive For COVID-19
BLACKPINK's Rosé tested positive for COVID-19.
Rosé's agency YG Entertainment confirmed that the BLACKPINK member has received a positive result of the coronavirus after undergoing a PCR test prior to her departure from the country. Due to this, the idol has canceled some of her overseas schedules.
"This is YG Entertainment. BLACKPINK's Rose tested positive for COVID-19 after taking a PCR test prior to her departure on February 28th. As a result, some of her overseas schedules have been canceled.," YG Entertainment announced.

YG Entertainment also shared that Rosé's fellow BLACKPINK member, on the other hand, tested negative for COVID-19
"The other three members (Jisoo, Jennie, Lisa) have tested negative, and all members including Rose do not have any suspicious symptoms," YG Entertainment stated.
The agency also assured everyone that Rosé as well as Jisoo, Jennie, and Lisa have completed their second dose of COVID-19 vaccine.

"All BLACKPINK members are fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and we will prioritize our artists' and their staff members' health," YG Entertainment said.
The agency ended their statement, saying, "We would appreciate it if you could wish for Rose's speedy recovery and support BLACKPINK members' international promotions. We will notify you if there are any changes."

In other news, Jisoo is the next BLACKPINK member to prepare for her solo debut. According to reports, the BLACKPINK vocalist herself confirmed her upcoming solo debut this year. Jisoo made her K-Drama debut with "Snowdrop" this year. She starred alongside Jung Hae In and received a positive response for her performance in "Snowdrop."
