Industry Insiders: ‘Work Later, Drink Now’ Season 2 Is In Discussion
TVING's original series "Work Later, Drink Now" starring Lee Seon Bin, Han Seon Hwa, and Jung Eun Ji might be having a second season soon.
According to an industry insider, on the 23rd, the production team of "Work Later, Drink Now,"' or also known as "Drunk City Woman," decided to make a season 2 and started production preparations. The main cast of the K-drama, Lee Seon Bin, Han Seon Hwa, and Jung Eun Ji, has also recently received an offer for season 2 and are positively discussing it.
The drama is gaining popularity by comically depicting the daily lives of three women of the same age who live their lives at the end of the day with alcohol.
The K-drama "Work Later, Drink Now" is adapted from a popular webtoon entitled "Sooldo Girl."
Entertainment writer Ahn So Hee, played by Lee Seon Bin, yoga instructor Han Ji Yeon played by Han Seon Hwa, and origami YouTuber Kang Ji Gu played by Jeong Eun Ji are the main characters in the drama.

Lee Seon Bin, Han Seon Hwa, and Jeong Eun Ji are acclaimed for their realistic acting in "Work Later, Drink Now."
Joining the three actresses is Super Junior's Choi Siwon, who takes on the role of Kang Buk Gu works as a PD of a TV variety show. Nothing is yet revealed if Choi Siwon was offered to return for the second season of "Work Later, Drink Now."
Since its first release on October 22, the number of paid subscribers to the drama has more than quadrupled, proving its popularity. The highlight video released on YouTube also recorded 1.3 million views.
As requests for season 2 flooded in from viewers, TVING and the production company are known to have been discussing the production of season 2 for "Work Later, Drink Now" early, even before the end of the season.
