Tom Cruise has been in the center of a controversy after it seemed like the 'Mission Impossible' actor went under the knife. The last time he appeared was during a Dodgers versus Giants game, where he sat together with his son Connor Cruise and with other non-celebrity people.

Cruise was photographed looking a little bit different, with what seems to be a chubbier face and inflamed jowls. The 59-year-old actor makes very rare appearances in public and during the midgame of the Dodgers vs Giants baseball game, the actor was put on the big screen where he smiled and wave.

People were ultimately shocked at his recent appearance as his good looks were nowhere to be found. These photos went viral landing him in another plastic surgery controversy. Now, the actor has been photographed once again.

Tom Cruise was recently spotted Wednesday touching down in Los Angeles. The 'Top Gun' actor flew his private plane and when he landed he came out with a big smile. The actor still looked very much different from the Cruise we knew before.

The paparazzi shots showed Cruise wearing a blue top and a blue hat, he was smiling but he still looked a little puffy as if there is still some inflammation around his jaw. He then made a quick getaway with his motorcycle.

Tom Cruise has often been in the middle of controversy, from his choice to follow the Church of Scientology, to being a non-existent father to his and Katie Holmes daughter, Suri Cruise. Every year there seems to be something off about his face, whether it be caused by age or getting something done to his face.

But, could the actor be preparing for a role where he needs to gain some weight? We don't know. Currently, the actor has not addressed any of the speculations and will unlikely do so.
