Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's ongoing legal battle for their children and property is becoming more and more complicated. Recent reports made by The Mail have revealed that Angelina Jolie is trying to sell her share of their home in France.

The ex-couple who bought a massive Chateau in France, Chateau Miraval almost ten years back are now fighting at who can get the bigger share. It is also good to note that they were married in this Chateau back in 2008.

According to records obtained by The Mail a lawsuit against Jolie was filed in the courts of Luxembourg this Tuesday accusing Jolie of carving Pitt out of a deal to offload her shares.

Most of the shares of Chateau Miraval were owned by Brad Pitt for a time through his company Quimicum. Three years before the two divorce, Pitt offloaded 10 percent of his shares to Jolie's company, making them equal shareholders of the Chateau.

The lawsuit reveals that Angelina Jolie is trying to sell her 50 percent, not allowing Pitt's right of first refusal and profit. Apparently, Brad Pitt was the one who invested most of the time and money in the Chateau.

The value of the lawsuit has also been revealed and according to reports, it is around. $164 Million. Due to this Angelina Jolie has been branded as 'vindictive' by many.

Currently, both Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are still battling it out for the custody of their children. The ongoing custody battle has both sides drained of money and energy. There is no assurance as to who will get the children.

Angelina Jolie has revealed before that she wants full custody of the kids, but she will allow shared custody in one condition that she and their children relocate to London. Pitt apparently is wary of this plan.
