Usually, when a film or a drama halts filming, it is because of personal emergencies from the actors or crew, extended deadlines, or cancellation. But recently, an upcoming drama went on to halt its filming due to a very dangerous accident.
The accident? None other than a mismanaged fire.
As of writing this article, on the 5th of August at around 9 PM Korean Standard Time, there was a fire at the Korean Folk Village in Yongin, Gyeonggi Province. Notably, the fire was thankfully extinguished in around 20 to 25 minutes by the dispatched firefighters answering the accident.
