Future Collaboration Soon? CL Signs With Kang Daniel’s Konnect Entertainment

Fans were elated to see CL's latest Instagram story. In it, the former 2NE1 member shared through her Instagram story that she will be releasing her highly anticipated album "Alpha '' very soon.
Additionally, CL shared that aside from releasing it internationally she will also be actively promoting the album "Alpha" in Korea. To do this, CL's agency Very Cherry is partnering up with Konnect Entertainment which is home to former Wanna One member and solo artist Kang Daniel.
CL revealed that Konnect Entertainment will be responsible for all her domestic activities.
"While preparing 'Alpha', I worried about how I could reach more people and communicate more closely with my domestic fans, who I'm greeting for the first time in a long while. In the end, I think I'll be able to meet my fans together with a team that will support me and Very Cherry exactly the way we are, so I'm really looking forward to it!" CL wrote in her Instagram Story.
Such a partnership was confirmed by Konnect Entertainment in an official statement. According to Konnect Entertainment, the agency will be responsible for the management of all of CL's domestic activities and promotions.
"We passionately support CL, so she's able to be fully active as a top-tier musician," Konnect Entertainment stated.
CL is the first-ever solo artist to be signed under Konnect Entertainment aside from Kang Daniel. Konnect Entertainment was established by Kang Daniel after leaving his previous agency. Since his solo debut in 2019, Konnect Entertainment has been a one-man agency.
With the addition of CL into Kang Daniel's agency, fans are excited for future collaborations between the two solo artists. But as of now, everybody is looking forward to CL's "Alpha."
