LaLaLee, a Korean-based nail product supplier was a center of attention especially for the BTS Army as they said previously that they will be registering a trademark for the word "Borahae". "Borahae" is a popular phrase being mentioned by BTS member V, and fans were not happy when the company plans to register this phrase as they thought it is a huge disrespect to V and BTS.

As expected, fans reacted a lot about this issue. Just when the situation was about to get worse, the company released a statement in its official website in the morning of May 31st saying that the are cancelling the trademark. "We apologize for causing worries to many BTS fans by applying for a trademark on the phrase 'Borahae' back in September 2020." The website said, "We have decided to relinquish the trademark filing for K-pop's development and will follow the steps to cancel as soon as possible. We wish BTS the best in its future endeavors for K-pop as a fellow Korean."

This issue has sitting for quite a while as the company was previously criticized for filing a trademark for its product under the "Borahae" term.

BTS or Bangtan Sonyeondan made its debut in 2010 under the South Korean record label Big Hit Entertainment. The group consists of the following members: Jimin, SUGA, RM, Jin, Jung Kook, V, and J-Hope.

The new digital single, "Butter" was released on May 21, 2021, at 13:00 Korea Standard Time or 12 midnight Eastern Standard Time. Its label, HYBE reported previously that the single is sure to melt the hearts of ARMYs.

"Butter" definitely melted the hearts of many as it was recently reported that the song is the first in Spotify Japan's history to have received more than 500,000 streams in a day.

With this issue now officially closed, fans wouldn't have to worry about V's "Borahae" being taken away or being used by companies ever again.
