BTS' Jungkook is touted as the "golden maknae" of K-Pop, and he has been hailed the "muscle bunny" for his well-toned physique, chiseled abs, and immense strength that match those of a professional athlete. His workout, simple. 

He does squats, push-ups, jump squats, pike push-ups, planks, burpees, mountain climbers, and more.

Blackpink's Rosé just launched her successful solo music video, and wouldn't you want to notice her physique in her music videos? 

She loves doing Pilates to keep her energy alive, especially in her performances and busy working days. This workout is known to strengthen the person's core, improving flexibility and posture. It also helps boost the body's endurance when demanding physical activities get in the way. She also does shoulder bridges, leg extensions, and so much more.

TWICE's Momo

TWICE's Momo's workout to follow is her very own "hip dip plank" or "twist plank." How to do this move? It is simple. Begin by positioning yourself into a low plank, resting your elbows and forearms over the floor prior to extending the rest of your figure, ensuring it is parallel to the ground. From this position, dip your hips gently with your upper body up on one side, switching carefully to the other and more. 

She recommends performing 50 reps of the exercise thrice a day. For the best results, mix this exercise with toning like crunches or with your bicycle.

Apink's Son Na-eun

Apink's Son Na-eun is fond of posting her workout programs on social media. She shares how she does it, usually with gym machines, on her personal Instagram account.
